Kunle Barker

After studying engineering at Leeds University, Kunle went on to complete an MA in Human Resource Management.

As MD Kunle is responsible for the overall running of the company. Illustrious Homes was set up primarily as a property development company, however as the company grew Kunle developed the Social Renovation division and this became the primary business of Illustrious Homes. The company has gone on to develop two main areas of expertise – public building such as schools, libraries and social housing and secondly private homes.

A keen sportsman Kunle has competed in several triathlons, plays golf regularly and lives in North West London

Eugene Shawyer

Born in Vilnius, Lithuania, Eugene showed an interest in technology and electronics from an early age. After gaining a Masters of Science degree in Radio-Electronics from the University of Kharkov Eugene moved to London.

As Operations Director Eugene is responsible for the overall running and management of all Illustrious Sites. All site managers report directly to Eugene, and his management of personnel as well as delivery schedules ensures that we complete all jobs on time and to the required standard.

Eugene lives in East London and enjoys renovating classic cars in his spare time

Jane Willey

Jane joined Illustrious Homes in 2008 as Commercial Manager . Acting as the link between the company’s different operational teams Jane ensures that the company is able to operate effectively.

Jane graduated from University College London with a BA in Philosophy. Jane holds an Investment Management Certificate and has 7 years experience working in the City of London in various roles including Business Development and PR. Jane Lives in North London

Snezana Volckova

As Health and Safety Officer Snezana has overall responsibility for the company’s Health and Safety policy. Snezana continually monitors and where needed adapts the company’s H&S practices to ensure that Illustrious Homes provides a safe working environment for all employees and the general public.

Snezana has recently completed a degree in Finance at the Gedimas Technical University in Vilnius. Snezana lives in East London and enjoys reading and traveling.

Serge Treshcov

Serge joined Illustrious in 2010 and as the company’s main surveyor he has overall responsibility for the pricing and valuation of all projects. Working closely with the Sites Director and Site managers Serge ensures that works are priced correctly and stay within budget.

Serge has an accounting degree and has several years experience in the construction industry and construction management. Serge lives in East London and enjoys travelling, music and socializing in his spare time.
