We aim to reduce the carbon footprint of all the projects we are involved with thus ensuring that our clients benefit from increased savings on energy costs.
We aim to do this in two ways:
CONSUME LESS: less energy to heat and light the properties. RETAIN MORE: heat within the property.
With the recent launch of our EcoHomes division we have been working tirelessly over the past 2 years developing ways to decrease a property’s carbon foot print. We have recently completed a test property which has employed techniques for reducing emissions tailored to a variety of potential budgets.
From SmartHomes technology to basic insulation upgrades we have managed to reduce emissions at our test property by over 70%. This work has enabled us to develop packages for clients with varying budgets and needs ensuring that all clients are able to reduce their property’s emissions whatever their requirements. With the announcement of the governments new ‘Green Deal’ our work is more relevant than ever and we will continue to find new and innovative ways to reduce the carbon footprint of any property we work in.
