When Illustrious were offered this contract it was the single largest contract that we had undertaken. An estate based Decent Homes project refurbishing Kitchens, Bathrooms, electrics, and heating, which saw us open up to 15 properties a week.

The challenges of this volume of work meant that we had to reorganise the way the project and the people were managed in order to keep up with the heavy work schedule. After implementing specific design and logistical changes, Illustrious Homes were able to ensure that our reputation for producing high quality work within budget and time scale was transferable to a project of this scale.
