An on-going project which Illustrious has been working on since 2007 renovating void properties in Westminster in preparation for new tenants.

This contract is characterised by high volume and quick turnaround, and therefore the challenges that we face are to consistently maintain a high standard of workmanship and finish whilst hitting the client’s tight deadlines.

The properties in this contract can be scattered over a wide area, therefore we have installed a management team that are able to effectively control a high volume of properties, staff and materials over large sections of London. Overcoming the logistical challenges of this contract has been key to making it a success. We have consistently met and exceeded our client’s demands and have built a successful and enduring relationship during the running of this contract.
